Headed up by Melissa and Josh; two dynamic and enthusiastic foodies, with over two decades of shared experience in the food & health industries. Both sharing a love for organic food, vegan cooking and holistic health.
Melissa’s passions for well-being and conscious-living have facilitated a wealth of knowledge in the sphere of eco-friendly and sustainable initiatives in the Cape Town area. She has helped build one of Cape Town’s most popular health-food cafés and has started her own food production business providing juice cleanses, guilt-free snacks and other healthy dishes to local businesses and individuals around Cape Town.
Josh is a nutritionist, who studied in the UK, and has worked with one of London’s most well-known raw, vegan cafés. He has helped develop many successful food businesses in London, helping one brand win the British Street Food Awards and achieve a podium position in the European Street Food Awards. Working alongside one of London’s top chefs, he has developed a great understanding of flavours and classical techniques.
